Delete your ZingBills account

You can delete your ZingBills account, and all of its business data, at any time. ZingBills is provided by ZING TECHNOLOGIES, a sole proprietorship registered as a micro enterprise (MSME) in India.

Delete it yourself in the app

1. Sign in to the ZingBills app or the web app (zingbills.in/webApp) as the owner of the business.
2. Open Shop Settings and scroll to Danger Zone.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account, stores, staff logins, items, bills, customers and other business data are deleted from our servers, and every device signed in to the account is signed out. This cannot be undone, so download any reports you need for your tax records first. Staff accounts cannot delete the business; ask the owner.

Or ask us by email

Write to info@zingbills.in from the email address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my ZingBills account". We will confirm it is you and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is kept after deletion

• One contact record (email, name, phone, business type, plan) to prevent misuse and answer billing questions.
• Copies in our server backups, which are overwritten within 6 months.
