Terms of Service

By creating a ZingBills account or using the app you accept these terms in full. They are the same terms shown in the app's signup screen.

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

ZingBills ("the App") is a billing and inventory tool provided "as is" and "as available." You confirm you are at least 18 and authorized to transact for your business.

2. No Warranty

The App is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of tax/GST calculations, or uninterrupted availability. You are solely responsible for verifying every invoice, tax figure, and financial record before relying on it.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers and their affiliates hold zero liability for any data loss, corruption, hardware or device failure, sync failure, business or financial discrepancy, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the App — whether online or offline.

4. Your Data & Backups

You own your business data. The App stores data locally on your device and, when online, syncs it to our servers. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. We do not guarantee recovery of data lost due to uninstall, device damage, or sync conflicts.

5. Offline Use & Sync

Offline entries are queued and synced when connectivity returns. In rare conflicts, a last-write-wins policy applies and some offline edits may be superseded. You accept this behavior.

6. Compliance

You are solely responsible for the legality of your invoices, tax filings (GST/HSN), and record-keeping in your jurisdiction. The App is a convenience tool, not a certified tax authority.

7. Acceptable Use

No unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive use. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

8. Privacy

We collect account details (name, email, phone) and the business data you enter to operate the service. We do not sell your personal data. Data is transmitted over encrypted channels and processed to provide sync, subscription, and support features.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the courts of your registered place of business.
