Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with ZingBills. This policy covers refunds and cancellations.
Free plan
The Starter plan is free forever — no payment, nothing to refund.
Paid plans
New paid subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of the first payment for a full refund, provided the plan has not been substantially used. After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the paid period.
How to request
Email support@zingbills.in with your registered account details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
